DAGING MASAK LEMAK CILI API


1/2 kg daging batang pinang
Sebiji kelapa ambil santannya
10/15 biji cili api
1/2 inci kunyit hidup
2 ulas bawang putih
1/2 ulas bawang besar
1 helai daun kunyit,sebatang serai
garam dan secukup rasa serta sekeping asam gelugur/keping.
Cili,bawang,kunyit ditumbuk.Serai dititik.Perah kelapa dan dapatkan santan,masak dan jangan lupa masukkan serai,daun kunyit,asam keping,garam dan secukup rasa. Pastikan daging empuk kalau tidak letih gigi mengunyahnya.
