PUDING TRIFFLE RAJA SEHARI




Sesiapa nak cuba resepi;
1 tin susu cair,5 sudu tpg kastard,1/3cwn jus laici,1/2 cwn air,2 sudu gula(kacau sebati)
bekas puding: aturkan kek chiffon dan laici,tuang air laici atas kek. Masak adunan susu cair tadi dgn api perlahan selama 10 minit,apabila masak tuang dlm bekas puding;sejukkan.
Putar fresh cream tidak lebih 4 minit(tambah 1/3 cwn air kepada semangkuk fresh cream)tuang atas adunan puding yang telah sejuk,aturkan buah anggur dan kiwi....selamat mencuba.
