ASAM TUMIS CILI API AYAM PANGGANG


10 ketul ayam,15biji cili api,selabu bawang besar,4 ulas bwg putih,1/2 inci belacan,sesenduk sos cili,1 sudu sos tiram,sesudu pes nasi ayam cosway,1/2 sudu secukup rasa,garam secukup rasa.
Gaul ayam dgn garam dan kunyit,dan panggang atas kuali leper(1/2 masak). Semua bwg,belacan,cili api dikisar dan tumis. Setelah garing masukkan 3 mangkuk sederhana air,sos cili,sos tiram,asam keping dan semua bahan di atas.
